RAESYN RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident walking in your Raesyns. If your pair isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges are simple:

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Once a return label is issued, the shoes must be shipped within 30 days. Returns shipped after 30 days may be subject to denial or a restocking fee.

Shoes must be unworn or gently worn and returned in their original packaging.

Every order includes one complimentary exchange. If you’d like to try a different size or style beyond that, simply process it as a return and place a new order.

Each order includes one complimentary pre-paid return label. If additional labels are requested for the same order (for example, a return following an exchange), the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Please return shoes in the original shoe box. If the box is taped, labeled, or damaged in a way that makes it unusable, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We’ll send you a pre-paid return label.

Once we receive your shoes, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 48 hours. Refunds are then issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or payment provider).
If your shoes arrive damaged or defective, let us know right away — we’ll replace them or make it right at no cost to you.
